Today’s final game of the Nationals for 2017 for Hallam was reminiscent of this time last year with a familiar opponent in last year’s bronze medal clash. And just like in 2016, HBA came out on top.

71 – 62 was the final score in a game that saw all of the boys take the floor and complete their set roles for the team to our last an opponent who led for the entire first half.

Much the opposite to the rest of the tournament where we led in each game and lost leads, the boys fought hard in the second half and with efforts from the whole squad, Nationals came to a successful end.

With a record of 3 wins 4 losses (2 of which were the gold and silver medal winners, an under sized HBA team will walk away with their heads held high and some incredible memories from the week.
